Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking? Can't you just plug the url into the targets?

I assume you mean that you want to target a URL with a lot of volume. If you're talking about URLs like google.com, facebook.com, youtube.com etc, people generally avoid targeting them because the traffic is so untargeted (and likely to blow your budget fairly quickly.

One strategy that can work for these domains though, is to deep-link to specific pages. Browse your target site for pages where the traffic will be more receptive to your offer. If it were promoting skin care on Amazon.com, instead of targeting the base domain, you might target amazon.com/beauty-makeup-fragrance-skin-care/

Here is what I suggest doing to find volume with PPV.

Try targeting URL that have very high Alexa rankings. If you can manage to get one that is ranked under 1,000 to convert you are golden in terms of volume. But higher is ok.

You may have to use angles for some of these niches, since they may not have URLs that directly relate.

I like to use a browser extension to sort my PPV results in Google by Alexa Rank call MozBar. It works on Chrome and Firefox.

MTVida's method can work as well.
