Ad network with Scandinavian traffic

Hello all,

I'm looking for an ad network that has good traffic from Scandinavia in the Forex/Binary Options niches.
Can anyone recommend?

its going to be hard to get targeted traffic by country for forex. the best option is to have offer redirect by IP .. so you can have Scandinavia traffic directed to offer A and the rest to Offer B.

unless of course you go for PPC by country or for banners check sitesout

You can buy solo ads but you would just have to deploy redirect script for segmenting..
