CPV with Clickbooth - Need Help

I setup ppv campaign with trafficvance to a clickbooth cpa offer. It is not tracking conversions, how ot I get this to work. It shows clicks and keywords but not conversions

    1. Did you add the tracking pixel from TV to CB? Ask your affiliate manager if all pixels are placed correctly.

    2. Are you actually getting conversions on the offer?

    3. Are you using any tracking system like CPVLab or T202? Did you add their pixel to the offer?

    How did you set it up to track?
    Are you using keywords or a pixel?
