It's all about who you're targeting. Any offer can convert with the right demographic.
You should think who can possibly will want to install that and then come up with a mindset on your audience.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't have potential, the best way to find out is give it a try. My only concern would be the payout. I typically like to use offers that pay a tad bit more, but that's just me.
