best cpm ad network for tech sites ?

I run a tech site and recently started placing cpm based ads (along with adsense)
Initially I was excited on getting accepted with lijit, adversal, madads, admedia, epom
But slowly its becoming a boredom to fiddle around with so many ad networks, and swapping the units every few days.
So wondering if any of you can help me gain some speed in this game of trying and testing different networks. Like which are the best proven ad networks for tech websites which pay decent money along with quality ads.
