I was curious about what solutions people use to keep track of all their affiliate accounts?

It can be a pain in the ass to log into your various accounts to check for conversions--

what are you guys using to manage it all?

Good question, actually a good idea if someone has a software to do this.
It would need to be very secure.

There is tracking software but nothing really that logs into the account to check stats.

Most don't run with enough networks to make this necessary. They tend to focus on one or two only.

I use bevo to sync all my affiliate accounts. I can access bevo from any pc and for 20/month. vs statsremote at 29/month, can only access software where its installed.

I've never had an issue remembering, you could use a spreadsheet or word file I guess

I have many different webpages and facebook groups and see no way to keep my affiliate accounts to just a few CPA networks. Many things I promote are from people or pages that use their own affiliate setup outside of any major CPA network. I would really like to figure out the easiest way to manage and monitor all these accounts and that is how I came to this thread. StatsRemote is cool but what about the affiliate sites you have that are not included within StatsRemote?

statsremote has thousands of programs in their database and is updated every week. every time i wanted a new program added, it was added within 72 hours. it's def. worth the cost.

Create a bookmarks folder with all the affiliate portals.

You should be tracking which network you are running traffic to so you'll know which ones to check balances and find offers through.

Be careful not to spread yourself too thin though. Most networks have a minimum payment threshold which is why most people only work with a couple whom they trust so they can maintain a solid cashflow.

There's an affiliate in our program that uses Stats Remote. It seems to do the trick for him.

That's the whole point of tracking software. So you can login and keep track of all your conversions as well as other data.

    I use iMobitrax.
