Listen the idea is a sound one, however you have to try different things. Different angles, for example, and this is one of hundreds, the superbowl is coming up.

Why not design a hoodie that depicts the score of the final and target men between a certain age that support the winning team? That way you cant lose.

Or another one, that you can pitch to both finalists, Team A v Team B, Location, Date. That way you double your target audience.

Yes it works. Yes it's happening as we speak.

For things like Football playoffs and bowl games for college, you need a very large daily budget to even get a crack at the impressions because there are very large spenders pumping money into those daily. I'm not saying don't bother, but it's a tough cookie if you do the niches everyone else does.

As for long term. Why not? People buy shirts all the time. Make hay while the sun shines though!
