Ad -> Fanpage -> CPA

So this is what I want to do:
Have a fanpage.
Send traffic (likes) to that fanpage via FB ads
Post updates, images etc. + CPA offers
I pretty much got everything down. I understand the adbuilding/targeting well and are getting fairly good results.
However, I'm stuck at the monitization part of it...
I want to direct link to CPA offers (maxbounty, peerfly, neverblue etc.) but facebook keep telling me, the links are not allowed...
I have a couple of possible solutions in mind:
* Use a lander with a "click to continue image"
* Use an iframe
* Use a squeezepage, then redirect to CPA (or link on the thank you page)
I'm using a squeezepage now and it's working good. But I'd like to test out direct linking to CPA offers as well...
What do you guys do?
