None of my ads getting approved on Facebook (non-dating)

I used to do dating on FB, but now moved on to another vertical. I had a campaign running for 2 days (completely innocuous ads) and all of a sudden they get disapproved, no reason is given and when I re-submit they get disapproved.

Anybody know why? I am using the Iframe method to direct link to a Peerfly offer. Does this still work? I used to be able to do this. Only other potential thing would be that my account is flagged since I used to do dating.

Images in your ads and sponsored stories can include text that meets Facebook general Advertising Guidelines, but may not include more than 20% text in the image. Using images with minimal text makes your content engaging and ensures that people only see high quality content in News Feed. Although Facebook limit the amount of text in images, you're able to use the text field to get your message across.

You would likely need to give us more info on your ads and destination url to be able to give feedback

FB normally doesn't allow direct linking to CPA offer.

Facebook is more restrictive now. Try to use new domains / unique ads / different account. If everything fails, try to cloak.
