hi

i have trid promoting with facebook ads and that didn't work for me this is what i spend

and i did get 0 sell what should i do

Far too little info lol

Need to know what kind of tee you are trying to sell and what kind of audience you are aiming at etc

Just showing us stats and asking for advice is useless as we dont know what youre doing to get those stats

  This. Chances are you tried to create your own design. Unfortunately tee-shirts are a market where the customer tells you what they want, and you create it. Not the other way around.
  
  You need to find out what is selling as use that design as a "template". I'm not saying copy it exactly, but just a basis for starting.
  
  Also, your ad copy may have played a factor. Did you put the price in your ad copy? If you didn't, then you probably wasted a majority of your clicks just getting people who will click to see what it costs.
