Can't Get On To Peerfly

So a while ago I made a peerfly account but ever since then I did not use it. Two days I ago I wanted to use it again but it says

Unable to login using those credentials.


I went on the password reset page and tried to reset my password but I would not get the email.

I did contact Nate because he emailed me a while back and said to contact him about help with passwords and such. But 2 days ago when I emailed him he never responded and I also tried to add his skype but he never accepted me.


Can someone tell me whats going on??? :p

    Nate is my AM too, i have had asked him some questions but no answer, i ended up asking Luke, he responded the next day

      Yeah, Nate is notoriously bad at answering emails and replying to IMs. Luke always answers promptly.

      I've been incredibly disappointed with Nate. He went about 3 weeks without answering one of my emails. When I contacted him about it. He said "no, i answered". Then about 2 minutes later he actually sent me a response.

      Aside from the fact that he is incredibly unprofessional, any question I ask him is responded with "It varies offer to offer" or "No, that is not allowed".

      How am I supposed to get setup and get things approved when it takes on average, about 5 days to get a response from him?

      I love peerfly's interface and usability but the AM's need tons of work.

        I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a very good experience working with Nate so far. I actually hired Nate and he works about 10 feet from my office. He's a great guy and a hard worker. I know he's fallen behind a bit over the past month (holidays and then he went to Vegas with us for ASW). I'm working with him to catch up and I'm also hiring another Account Rep to help him starting next month.

        It is my goal is for PeerFly to have the best affiliate management in the industry. We're working our way through some growing pains (a great problem to have) and I appreciate your patience.

        If you have a question that needs answered ASAP and Nate's having issues getting to it, please do not hesitate to email me with a giant IMPORTANT at the beginning of your email so I can make sure it's taken care of right way. Of course, you're welcome to PM me too. My inbox here can handle 500 messages at once :rolleyes:

        I also have no problem reassigning publishers to new affiliate managers/accounts reps if needed. Our team is growing and we're all happy to help
