Need help with PPV landing page

So I havn't done landing pages in a while and i forgot how to properly set it up. i already made the landing page and put it on my domain.

Mydomain.com/lp.html

I just need to know what code do i put it in the index.html to make everything work. I use CPVlab and i already have my offer setup, i just need to know how to make the lander work with the offer. When the person views my landing page it should re-direct them to the actual offer correct?

    You have to install code from CPVLab to your landing page. After that, just open tracking link provided from CPVLab.
