Personally I would never use anyone else's site, I'd only use my own domain and hosting for this.

Make your own HTML / PHP redirects and tracking links. Just Google how to make them they are very very easy to use.

It depends if your job and time worth some money. In this case (my opinion) none of these options is the right one!

Bitly = nice but no options for cloaking and redirect
Prettylink = ok but limited to WP
Make yourself = more time, money and less quality than use an online service

Just Google link tracking and you will have great options.

I use ClickMeter: Track using your domain, encryption for link cloaking (best in the market) and fully hosted on Amazon AWS (99,99% certified Uptime!)

It's super easy to create your own link shortener, just google it and use your own domain. If you are placing the naked link, this might even improve conversions.
