Need Some With Paid Advertising

Currently I am promoting a Love Test pin submit offer on POF Ads and I am Targeting Spain because it is an offer for Spain. I dont have alot of money to work with so...so far I have had approximately 11,000 impressions, 9 clicks and no conversions. I researched demographics for spanish love test related websites and set up demographics in POF Ads based on what I found on those sites. I have $10 left on pof and my campaign is paused for the moment because i dont know where to go from here. Im using a banner ad I took a screen shot of the landing page and am using a part of screenshot for my banner. I only targeted Country, Age & Gender because demographics both on quantcast and alexa showed only these demographics, plus it was hard to find love test related spanish websites to do a demographic search for. I get $5.50 for each pin submit and would like to see at least one conversion out of this(i know its sad...) but im kinda new just trying to figure things out so i can see some conversions...it would be nice for once. Any help with this is appreciated.
