Prosper202 Cloaking for Direct Links

Looking over Prosper202's explanation of their link cloaking, it just looks like a double meta refresh of some sort. I thought that wasn't "up to date" anymore with Chrome having become the primary browser of choice as it still passes referrer? So does Prosper202 leak a ton of referrers, or are they doing something different? Can it's cloaking be relied up to actually do what it says, or is it mostly just a feature in name, moreso than it's actual application?

install on a SSL, this way referral data will not leak. and forget double meta refresh, this is another redirect user has to go through.

You can even use bevo affportal free account and setup a SSL direct tracking link.
