Get Paid For Trails and Contests

I was reading an article about someone who was getting paid to sign people up to contests and trials. He only got a $1 or so for each sign up, but I think I'd be able to get people to sign up to a similar offer.
Can anyone point in the right direction and recommend a site where I could find these offers or similar?

    This sounds similar to incentive offers, but most do not allow cash. Do you have an example of this?

      I was looking at Tube Tsunami and Foot Loose Entrepreneur, both talk about driving traffic from youtube to their affiliate links and getting paid for signing people up.

      I've look at clickbank and couldn't see anything that I'd get paid for just signing people up and was wondering is there a better place to get affiliate offers from or where I should be looking?

    What you are looking for is CPA Marketing. You can get access to these offers via a CPA Network. Check out companies like Peerfly, MaxBounty, and NeverBlue.
