Can people registered through my ref link see my name?

I am interested if people can see the invitor's name when/after they register through ref link on some CPA network.

I want to use pseudo working with some ebook refs, but I have to use my full name on the CPA network.

If you have registered through some ref link you should know this. Please tell me!

No typically for CPA they can't see your name just a number. With ClickBank though they can see your username, unless they have changed things recently. But CPA it is high high unlikely, and you can always ask your Affiliate Manager.
