Need help with video ad network

I currently run a website that has 80k + Unique Visitor per month. I have a Video section on my site. When I upload a video I can easily get 2500-5000 views on that video within the first 24 hours

My problem is I have not found a way to monetize this yet. Do anyone know a good Video ad publisher that I could trust/sign in?

P.S : My website is in the Dog niche.
