Facebook Audience - NO REACH - Why?

So I created an audience with one of the 'tools' to scrape IDs...

The audience was about 40k people.

My ad i am running has ZERO reach..

Why? Have I done something wrong?

    i thinks this is another fake tools.try make it more closer to the audience by manually maybe you can compare later on
