Can someone please tell me a way to actually SPEAK to someone in this company?

This is insane.

That's unusual. I have never had any problem with MaxBounty folks. I have had 2 AMs in the past few years I have been with them, Adam and now Freya, and they were/are both fantastic. Very responsive, helpful and over all, I really couldn't ask for more.

To be honest, if they had all the offers I promote, I would ditch all the other networks (but Panthera since that one is as good as MB) and use MaxBounty alone. Just being able to get in touch with my AM anytime I need to shows how great this company is.

2 Years ago, they credited me over $500 when I brought the issue of one of the offers not converting as usual for a few days to the attention of my then AM, Adam. He admitted there was something wrong with the system and graciously the network credited me for those few days by calculating my usual daily conversion for each day.

Sorry, I went a little out of topic here, but my experience with MB has been so good that I always feel compelled to spread the word.

And to those who say MaxBounty didn't pay them, I don't know each individual's story, but I am willing to bet you have broken a rule or two. So you probably deserve not to be paid.

I never said they didn't pay me. I said every form of contact I've tried has gone ignored. Calls, emails, skype, AIM, everything.

They contacted me after seeing this thread.

Kind of sad you have to take to public forums to get them to acknowledge your contact requests, but it's cool.

Anyway, you're thinking of that scammer guy that posted before. He was the one who was not paid (and rightfully so)

I assure you that you aren't being ignored. It's been a busy week with Ad:Tech SF.

Have you since got in contact with your AM? If not please send me a PM and I will assist you.

Oh, sorry this wasn't directed at you personally. This was indeed directed at the scammer and "...those who say MaxBounty didn't pay them...".

Yeah I've been paid by Maxbounty and have never had any problems with them before...I don't know why you're having issues. They really are an awesome network and I've exchanged countless emails with my affiliate manger.

Maybe something is up that is weird, I can't imagine them just blatantly ignoring you contacting them

MaxBounty is the most stand up network in the business, bar none.

If someone tells me that MaxBounty stiffed them then I'd like to see traffic logs and stats w/ emails.

MaxBounty has paid me even when the advertiser went out of business.

Thanks for the kind words. We strive to make our clients happy.

I already posted a reply to simolife's claim but I must have been too colorful as my post was deleted. Kind of sad that someone who breaks terms and commits fraud is allowed by Warrior Forum to make a baseless claim but my retort is disallowed. So I'll try again, keeping my words polite.

Simolife advertised a dating site using creatives he made himself without seeking approval from anyone. Even though the sponsor he advertised was NOT a hookup/adult dating site, he used nudity in these creatives. Worse, he advertised these nude banners to a country with strong religious beliefs against nudity. The sponsor's site was almost shut down by their host because of him and they almost pulled their entire campaign from our network, because of him. Needless to say, they did not pay for his leads. In fact, MaxBounty is out of pocket for the leads he was paid for using these unapproved deceptive creatives.

They have always paid me on time regarding on time payment.

How long have you been trying to contact them for? Could be AdTech, most CPA Networks are pretty busy.
