Which CPA networks to apply first as a complete newbie?

As the title says.
I am looking to start out learning CPA + PPV.
My initial idea is to go with traffic from 50onRed as I have heard its quality is good and the initial deposit is only $500 (though bids might get high sometimes).
Now my problem is I need good quality CPA-networks to apply into, but ones that accept complete newbies (like me).
Would like to hear your favorites and the ones you people joined first when starting out.

Other stuff I have planned out
VPS: Beyond Hosting with coupon
Tracking: Prosper202 has to do in the beginning
Support and guidance: PPVGuru paid membership (been contacting some members with PMs and have received positive feedback)

    I would try applying for Peerfly, MaxBounty, ClickBooth, NeverBlue... some may not be accepting newbies at the moment, but just be honest, if you apply to them all you should get some to accept you.

    But sure to follow up as well, after you apply contact someone at the company via a phone and/or skype. Don't be afraid to be a little persistence.

      PeerFly rejected me even though I was honest with them. MaxBounty also ...
      Neverblue has not answered me for a week ... I have to call them?

      Hmm, i applied all and denied all So i tried with another one and get approve in 1-2 days.

    I would suggest Maxbounty, they accepted my application when i was a newbie. Their weekly payment would be helpful for your cashflow.

    Just got accepted into MaxBounty I popped the application in and after two hours I got a call.
    I think I am going to start with them and get my account active before I apply elsewhere. I should have a wide array of offers to promote with good support.
