CPALead Legit or Not?

Hi,
I am planning to select CPALead for one of my incentive projects but in my research I have found a lot of negative reviews about CPALead on forums and on affpaying too.

I know some competitors in the industry hate others and they usually spread out such negative things about other networks often but I want to know if there are any warriors who are using CPALead?

How was your experience with CPALead and how is the system? Is it a shaving network or what?

Any help would be appreciated.

I used them sometime back and they paid me once i reached my limit, but you need to have good traffic to move to gold and platinum levels which have good offers.
