From my experience CPM campaigns are the way to go if your site has high volume. You don't need to worry much about conversions, just need to focus on maintenance of your site and growing the traffic/user base. $10 CPM is pretty high (unless you are a big name site like CNN.com or something, or somehow have a direct relationship with a big brand), even if you get 60%-70% of that, you are getting a very good CPM. Most Tier 2 display ad networks don't even come close to that $10 mark.

I honestly would be iffy if someone other than Google or a large agency like Starcom approaching me with a $10/CPM offer. That is very BOLD from whoever that company is.

Mind sharing the company that's offering you the $10/CPM? lol

You really meant $10? That's a lot... and I don't think someone would be willing to pay that much, unless you are in a very specific, competitive and profitable niche... and it would still be a lot... So be careful with this company, see if you can get at least part of the money upfront.

I totally agree with Greenville, $10 for 1000 impressions is more than outrageous. It seems that the company that you're dealing with has a Hugh markup. The base price for some of the worlds most respected website is usually less than $2 per 1000 impressions. Be very cautions, many of these companies are buying traffic and marking it up by 1,500% or more.

      I wish you much success

    Sorry, I'm confused.
Are they paying you or are you paying them?
