Affiliate Buzz... Your experiences?

I am with two CPA networks in the movie niche, one of them being affiliate buzz and I have been signed up for a while but thought I would start split testing it with my blog traffic. I really like their banners, I am using just one at the moment 250 x 600 nice and big and bright. I hope to make a conversion roughly one in 300 but maybe that's being optimistic. I know there is no magic number but what kind of conversions do you get when using affiliate buzz?
The landing pages seem pretty cool as well. I believe from what I can see it's 10 dollars per sign up, but I have seen 18 dollars on their own website? Maybe this is just for top performing affiliates?
