CPA Companies/Ad Networks for Non-US Residents

Yeah, I admit. This is a pretty noob question and I'm a newbie when it comes to the IM industry. But I just like to ask if what CPA companies or ad networks (or whatever max bounty is called) accept non US residents and how does the application works.

Thank you in advance!

PS: I have an idea how IM works since I've been doing freelance gigs on oDesk for several years now but I want to have something that's on auto-pilot. I've been reading a lot and studying the basics and I think I'm ready to take the plunge, though I expect to lose some money on building a site and testing ads.

It's never really a "loss" when it comes to testing ads and buying traffic. If you have the mindset of "losing money" then it won't work for you.

Instead, get in the right mindset that whatever money you're spending for testing and buying traffic is money in exchange for data. That data will allow you to get better and better at targeting the right audience. That mindset is a million dollar mindset that will get you to your dreams.

With that said, CPA companies that'll accept non-us residents are basically the large ones out there. I have clients who are outside the USA who have been accepted with max bounty, neverblue Peerfly. There's many others.

I would say the most networks are accepting non-US residents. It is about a quality of affiliate, not about nationality, etc. But still people from countries with high fraud won`t be accepted in some networks.

The application is the exact same, as far as I know the only different is the tax form, if you're from outside the us you normally need to submit the w8(Ben)
