Anyone! Hi! My CPC dropped extremely, instead of 21 euro cents i was getting until december, now im getting only 5 euro cents! Will it lift back, or it will stay like this forever?

    Sometimes, lifting the ads off the site for a few days and then putting it back on helps. I know it sounds crazy, but i have seen it happen. You might have gotten smart priced. Is the CTR good?

        That is very bad. It should be more than that to avoid smart pricing. What niche are you in?

    You need to increase traffic from US, UK, Canada and Australia to increase CPC. If you get most of visitors from these 4 countries your CPC will be $1 - $250 based on your site quality and niche.

    Also check trends. Some keywords pay more during different seasons. Maybe spyfu.com will help out for trends.

    I would also be a little more concerned with the CTR then the CPC both need work.

      Perhaps people don't know, but the CPC has been going down as the number
      of ads increase. It's called supply and demand. Mobile has opened up so
      much more. Keep in mind google's revenue goes up, but yours might go
      down.

      I would imagine the lower CPC hits the little guys, like me, a tad more
      than the big dogs.

      You can counter this by making your site more attractive to bidders.

        Dropped to 3 cents per click!!! I'm dead!!! Waiting to be approved for yahhoo ads.....
        My CTR would be higher if Google would show their ads on my sites main page.

    Yea my CPC went from like high 30 cents in December 2013 to like low to mid 20 cents. It's been low from February till April, and it seems like it's finally going back up now again. Oh well, just one of those up and down cycles.

    CPC stands for Cost per click, in short money which you make/click is what CPC. Now, you might have noticed Adsense publisher talking more about CTR and less about CPC.
