Couple of weeks ago facebook temporarily hold my account. I contacted with them . But, thy have not responded yet. What to do

Not really much else you can do besides: keep waiting, send them another message, or make a new account. Did they say why it's been temporarily suspended?

  so, your fb profile account not banned, but your fb ads account has been banned? i think fb never responds your messeage. the best way is create new account or use another traffic source

All you can do is either keep trying to reach out to them, move onto a different traffic source, or try a new account (not recommended)
