CPAway Newbie, Need help please

Hi everyone, I know there will be someone else asked the same thing here, so sorry for repeating this, but i'm really new in CPA offers and i have been accepted by CPAway, but now if there is someone who is already a CPAway affiliates that can help me and explain to me how should i proceed to get offers and also what should i do to have a good traffic.
for example this is an offer, but how can i promote it? :

Hi Tha, you in in a great place to learn cpa here so be patient someone will join in to help. I am very new myself & learning everything cpa here on WF. While you wait , start with this book it has all answers you are looking for it is free. http://netvenommedia.com/r2r/

If you pick an offer you need a way to drive traffic. You could do SEO, PPC, PPV plenty of options.

You're asking some very basic questions. I'd suggest you do some more research on here and elsewhere around the web before you start promoting offers. You'll need to choose a traffic source and focus on just that one traffic type before spreading your wings.
