Adshuffle alternative (banner adserver)

Adshuffle is an adserver designed for advertisers and media buys. Unfortunately they are shutting doors and I'm looking for an alternative.

If you know of an reliable adserver for advertisers please let us know.

So far i have contacted sitescout and adjuggler.com. They both asking for $500/mo minimum plus setup fee. I'm looking for adserver where I can pay as usage basis.

Who said Adshuffle is shutting doors? Anyways there's OpenX and DFP (google's free adserver)...adshuffle is the best for low budget marketers though.

They are shutting down. See the email i received from them.

We apologize for the lack of communication. The owners have had to make an unfortunate business decision to close down the AdShuffle ad serving business. The ad servers will most likely be turned off tomorrow and we will be leaving the admin with access to reporting up until next week. I would recommend redirecting any of your active campaigns to another service and pulling whatever reporting data you need. As soon as I have more details from the owners I'll be sending an email communication to everyone.

      Thank you,
      Andrea
Both open x and dfp are designed for publishers. I'm looking for a adserver as an advertisers. I tried contacting sitescout and doubleclick many times. No response. Adjuggler is another one, but they are asking for $1500 setup fee which is ridiculous and they have $500 monthly min.

I'm looking for adserver to manage my direct media buys on usage basis.
