Retarget on Teespring. FB website clicks>NON BUYERS only

So I am looking for a way in which to retarget people who have clicked on my Teespring link, but left without buying. Obviously I don't want to waste ad spend on those that have already bought. Is there a way to retarget ONLY non buyers?

If not, retargeting on Teespring/FB seems pretty pointless.

    I think Teespring is already doing media buying on behalf of everyone. I have see n a number shirts ad on high traffic sites. But I think you need to have a tipped campaign in order to get this privilege.
