Facebook billing error - what to do?

Hey guys,

Been running a fb campaign for a couple of months.

4 days ago I got this message:

" We were unable to charge your ad account using Visa (**** 3983).
To pay this balance, add a new payment method."

I have called bank and the card in question is fine and has available funds. I have added other cards and paypal emails and the error remains.

My balance owing is $0

All ads say they are active and delivering yet no ads are being served and daily spend is $0.

The account status says: unsettled.

Anybody had this problem, got a solution? FB taking a long time to respond - any hack to get around this?

Can you try removing all the card(s) and adding it again?

Yea it could be a temporary error that might fix itself soon. The only thing you can do is wait and hope Facebook responds as fast as they can. (Sometimes takes a long time to hear anything back)

Stop Facebook and move to another paid traffic source. FB is very suck.
