Best way to start if I want to take the CPA route?

My fast sugestion:
1. Join clicksure and get CPA offers
2. Create blog and add review content from clicksure offers
3. Promote and promote : Fb, linkedin, youtube, 7search and bing ads is great place

Bing Ads is a pretty newbie friendly way to get your feet wet. There's obviously endless other options too but that's my suggestion.

Peerfly and MaxBounty are a couple of easy to join CPA networks. Check them out.

I would strongly suggest that you use this forum as a resource to learn. There are some outstanding marketers here who regularly post about CPA. I recently joined a CPA training program based on the useful posts made by the author here.
Make use of the search feature here to research certain topics.

Everyone is going to have their own option on the best place to get started, so you will have to do your own research on each and pick one to go for.

Make sure you do your own research before, and commit to mastering the traffic source, too many newbies jump around from traffic source to traffic source if they don't get fast success.

The general consensus of the best CPA Network to start out with Peerfly, MaxBounty, NeverBlue, and ClickBank. Be honest in your application, and follow up a phone call and/or reach out to them via skype.

When it comes to CPA vs Affiliate I would just start with CPA it is easier for newbies to promote as it requires less money for testing since there is offers with low payouts. (For example you can find $10 education lead offers, they don't exist on affiliate networks like ClickBank.)

When it comes to traffic sources, so of the most popular are PPV (Bing Ads, 50OnRed, TrafficVance, Facebook Ads, Plenty of Fish Ads, 7Search, LeadImpact...)

Join MaxBounty and PeerFly. Run e-mail submit and mobile offers. I've found those offers to have the lowest "barrier of entry".

As a newbie in the entire internet marketing industry I started to use CPA among with some other different approaches just to test and make my way up to something. I joined maxbounty and now I am promoting some of their offers on bingads.

I started with email submits and it works pretty well just for testing the campaigns and so on. Well meaning that I have invested 3 dollars in bingads and returned 22 dollars so far just for a small test campaign where I am constantly changing the bids and different demographic criteria just to see the results.

Okay, Let me show you how I did it!

As it is the easiest and the fastest way trust me.

First of all, to get accepted to CPA networks. Create a Blog, Internet Marketing blog..share whatever knowledge you get from forums and other blogs on your blog.
Having your own website related to Internet Marketing will help you get accepted in almost any network.
Along with having your own blog..Be a member of different CPA related forums where affiliates managers hang out!

Once you prove them that you exist, by your social identity. Its easy as pie. But still if any networks rejects your application. Give them a call and tell them you are a boss! lol
I mean tell them you are interested in promoting certain xyz niche offers and willing to try your network. Don't sound like a newbie but don't try to be over smart!
Have some landing pages ready on your server as they may ask you to show your current campaigns.

Now about traffic and choosing offer!
I suggest you PPC or Youtube
and almost any offer having good searches.
Stay away from Loans or high paying offers in the beginning as they are too competitive and cpa networks are too strict with lead quality.
Try content locking (google for more info) for getting easy conversion but not all networks allow content locking!
