If I bought a social media services website that sells followers, views, likes, etc. Which advertising network would be best for me so that I could have positive ROI with only $200-$300 budget to start with? Google, Bing/Yahoo, Facebook, or CPA network?

Now the same question but if it was a website that sold website traffic?

Thanks!

FB Ads is great, but it will burn off your money quick, if you pick FB ads, I suggest using fanpage.

You need to do testing on campaign mate, you can't expect throwing $100 and get $200 in return tomorrow. Certain offers depends on certain traffic source, they all have their own advantages mate.

It would be stupid to think that you will start with $200 and make a positive ROI straight away. Most products will require some time and if you use your initial budget right, its purpose should be to find as many as possible converting keywords and later once you start optimising the campaigns, you will cut the non-performing ones and start making profits.

It would likely take more $$$ than that to make a positive ROI. Testing alone could burn through that with ease.

Google Adwords is the best for your website, you can put targeted keyword like "buy twitter followers" buy facebook likes" and many more to get your buyers

$200 to $300 is a bit on the low and you need to be careful because some campaigns require easily $500+ of testing to make profitable (if you are experienced.)

It took me around $1,000 and 3 month of testing to find a profitable campaign when I was knew.

I would keep saving up your money, and maybe test out free traffic until you get a good budget.

I know this isn't probably what you want to hear, but I just being honest with you.
