"cap" in cpa marketing

Today I have come across a CPA offer that denotes some restrictions.

"Cap:
150 / Week If you need more cap please contact your manager."

Does cap sets limit on the total number of converts? In other words, for this particular offer, am I restricted to generating only 150 leads per week?

Sorry, if this question seems trivial to you advanced marketers.

Thank you

"Cap" will simply mean some kind of limit - daily, weekly, monthly or could be a rejection rate cap as well. From what you have posted it's nor very clear what kind of limit do you have here. It seems that you are allowed to generate no more than 150 leads per week, however I would suggest you to contact your manager.

    Hope that helps.

Yes, you are correct there is starting cap for you, after you are doing some traffic and CPA Network likes your leads the cap can get lifted, or increased.

It's the maximum limit of order/leads/signups (actionable trigger) you are allowed to send each week. If you already generate that amount or more, I would just give your affiliate manager a call and say you need your limit increased. Another tip if you do: ask for a better payout, high-volume affiliates usually have leverage and can sometimes strongarm them into cutting their own commission for higher affiliate payouts.

Any questions just let me know
