Hi,

As the title says, which traffic source did bought you highest $$$$$? I know, no one will share it, but just be formal like is it through Social ads like Facebook, POF or is it through PPV, Media Buying, Email list

    Adwords to 90% and BING for the rest. Easiest and simplest way to make some decent returns. Anyone can sign up and the traffic is excellent. No need to look elsewhere if you are doing proper Lead Generation/CPA.

      Hey Nick,

      I have a question. I have everything setup for an adwords display campaign, first of all, i tried with display keyword targeting, with that my ads were shown to large audiences and i have received clicks like the following.

      Domain Clicks Impressions
      example1.com 1 450
      example2.com 1 254
      example3.com 1 145

      like that, my clicks were scattered on hundreds of domains with one click from each domain. And by the end of the day, i didn't got any sales.

      I thought it isn't going to work and i moved to managed placements, and i have a cap of $100/day spent. But adwords used to spent only $10-$15 a day no matter how high i set my bids.

      I am not able to get the inventory from adwords and so lost there and stuck there...

      Any ideas? Btw, i am in weight loss niche...

    It depends... for generating leads for local clients, AdWords is probably the biggest one now. However, for offers from CPA networks, it's Facebook and media buying.

    Facebook hands down for me, soo much volume. Did over $5,000 in profit multiple days in a row.

    It defiantly has gotten harder, but the volume is still here, and that was the real reason the campaign was successful. It wasn't a stereotypical campaign that Facebook doesn't like. But it was a CPA offer, so Facebook is hard on them.

    Matching traffic sources to the promotion is key. Adwords works best for local or physical products. For CPA you need to test PPV sites.

    Social media is always my biggest source for site traffic but not as targeted as some.

    Facebook for sure! Did a 7k profit day once, (teespring), and one of the biggest contributors to that was the shear volume/scaleablity of the traffic source. If you can get something working, just increasing your budget can get you a huge return!

    Long ago my FB ads account was suspended for no reason..I tried emailing the support but didn't got the help and i left them...
