Best resource for beginner?

If someone is new to performance marketing, and does not have experience:

Of working with tools such as prosper202, CAKE, hasoffers
Of working with CPA networks
Of working with affiliate networks or running an affiliate program inhouse

What would be the best, source of learning?

    You need to learn how to sell using words. I tried everything and I never really succeeded until I learned how to write advertising copy. Face it, you won't be online to answer objections, show benefits or ask for the sale, so your words MUST do this for you.
