Adsense with Google Analytics

Hey Guys,

I am looking at dabbling in Adsense again after a couple of years break.

Back a few years ago the general consensus was not to link your analytics accounts with websites you were running adsense on. People didn't want to give Google too much information about their sites. They felt it might help them get bans, etc.. Is this still the case?

Or is there any problem me having the adsense sites linked up with analytics?

    My AdSense is linked and I have never had any issues. As long as you have all of the terms listed on your legal or TOS page, you are fine.

    The only place you need to be careful is with the traffic you get to your site for AdSense (no bot traffic) and if you use Google AdWords in which keywords you pay for.
