I'm just wondering how can they know if I do Email submit for example with a fake Emails and use proxy?
One can just open 20 Emails each day, and earn 20$ with Email submit?

Here are a few reason's why...

    - Many email submits are controlled by the same companies, and they don't want duplicate entries on their lists. They will scrub your leads.

    - CPA Networks will notice the same IPs and you'll get banned and not paid.

Haha yeeeeaa what greedy said CPA networks are not stupid and will catch onto this so quick plus even if they didn't notice the advertiser would kick you off the offer after not one "email" backs out for them.

This method might have worked in 2003

Networks and merchants spend lots of money on fraud detection methods to stop this type of thing. Most will not get into detail, but if you've thought about it, I'd stay far away from this
