How do I recruit affiliates?

AD NETWORKS

I just started an affiliate program for one of my money sites (the site sells high-ticket physical products) and I'm trying to figure out how to recruit affiliates to push traffic and conversions to my site. I've already set up the affiliate management system, commission structure, payout and 60-day cookie.

Just wondering if you guys could point out where to find recruiters with experience. I wouldn't mind working closely with a handful to help them make sales.

Yeah I looked into shareasale but they charge $600 just to join their network as an advertiser. Since I have the backend already set up for affiliates I wanted to recruit and manage and pay on my own.

You should join any network as advertiser and get some new pubs for you,

You could try to reaching out to work some of the major CPA Networks... Peerfly, MaxBounty, NeverBlue.
