TeeSpring Goal Drop Issue......SCAM?

Just to express my bad feeling..

My goal is 30, current sales is 21.
So I goal drop it to 21.
The shirts become 13/21. That's normal TeeSpring Practice to drop your sales.
However, this shirt is not yet TIPPED!

I mailed them and want to make the shirt tipped and they ask if I need to do another goal drop since some payment couldn't go through. I don;t have any other choice...so I said yes..

The Shirt become 6/13 and it is tipped.
Oh yeah! TeeSpring said they will still deliver the shirts even it is 6/13.
WTF!? Don't you need 10 shirts to deliver!!!??? sound so scammy.....



MANY of my shirts came across this issue these few days!
Really need a TeeSpring alternative....
DISAPPOINTED!


PS: I sold 30,000+ shirts last 3 months.
They always make it tipped for goal drop before...
For these few days, the tipped rate is around 50%...i need to do 2-3 goal drop for a shirt sometimes and for each goal drop 3-10 orders is deducted.

    When people refund shirts it isn't shown on the goal bar. It only updates after you request a goal drop so typically you will see the refunded shirts after you reduce the goal.

      The payment method isn't charged until the goal is reached. When this happens, many times payments don't go through so that order is automatically canceled.
