Determining how much to charge per lead

I am starting a travel website in which I sell different types of tours and activities around the world. I am trying to determine the best way to charge third party businesses for each lead I send them. The prices vary widely on tours and can be as little as $100 and as much as $5,000. I want to be able to create a standard calculation that will be suitable to businesses while also obviously maximizing my profit. Thanks for the help.
