The Best List of PPC Networks with Honest Reviews

I'm starting a big PPC campaign, going to invest money in Adword and Facebook Ads... My
testing budget is not small, so I want to test other PPC Networks too, for my campaign.

Is there some nice list of trusty PPC networks with honest reviews?

The PPC networks beyond Adwords worth considering are Bing Ads, and 7Search. Even then 7Search doesn't have much volume, but it is good for learning on and getting your first $10 / day campaign off the ground.

    Thanks.

And what about others, for example infolinks, Clicksor and etc.?

Are they waste of time and money?

By my count, there's over 600 ad networks out there. The question is which are most appropriate based on what your plan is.

Google Adwords: most-used search engine so you can't go wrong. Want to have a display campaign too? Largest and the best out there. Remarketing. So whatever you want, you can't dismiss Adwords.

Bing always a good second choice for search.

Let's say you sell something specific to a certain demographic, say some sort of car accessory. Let's say there's a search engine for these people. It would be good to advertise there.

Suppose your product is new and not the sort of thing people will search for. You would want an awareness campaign on display networks. Adwords is good for that. But suppose your prospects often visit a popular site and that site is not on the Adwords network but some other one. Then you would join that ad network just to advertise on that site.

So you see, it's not "which is best, which is cheapest". It's which is appropriate. Another example: you sell something geared to business people. LinkedIn may be one place to advertise in that case.
