Banner Ads Recommendations?

Hi Warriors,
I am planning to run a CPM ad on Google ADwords. I need to get some banner Ads done for my website. I tried pixlr.com but looks like I lack the creativity to create some eye popping banners. Any suggestions / Recommendations??

    You may or may not believe this, some of my best converting and highest ctr banners have been created in paint and look ugly as anything.

    have you tried Ipiccy?

    Great fonts, and it's a super easy to use interface. In particular their texture options can really make your banner stick out.

    I can design the banner ads for free... you need to have at least 4-5 banners for split testing. Just try one size (I'd recommend 300x250) and after you've done the testing, you can design the same banner in different sizes.
