What To Test First (Creatives, Landers, Offers) ?

Hi Warriors,

I've been learning lot's about CPA marketing lately but I'm currently stuck. Part of it of course is testing in order to optimize your campaign but I'm confused as to what to test first. Naturally I'd think that I should test my ads (Copy, Images, etc) in order to find the ad with the highest CTR and then test landers & offers in order to obtain the highest converting campaign. However, I've read that people test offers then their creatives (ads) and landing page.

Would anybody be able to clear up what would be the smartest approach to what should come first in testing?

Thanks in advance,

Mastersam

I personally typically do it all at once, with the great tracking software now available it's very easy to split test between several different variables

You want to test everything at once - and then start tweaking the individual bits. Creatives and Ads are for CTR so you can split-test these right away (2 versions) ... and your Website/Lander for conversion rate. I usually only have one version there and improve on it after a few weeks or if conversion rate is terrible.

    Hope that helps,

If you do tracking and test any campaign, you will get all of your data. From there you can focus on any particular area. And optimize those everything has impact on conversion. So you can tweak any.

    Thanks
