Exoclicks pricing configuration question,,
Hey guys 
This is my first time using Exoclicks, and I chose CPM.
The problem is when I select multiple countries with various minimum bids, it asks me to set the min bid for the whole campaign to the price of max minimum bid country amongst all countries ..
How pricing is being calculated for each country? using their original minimum bid or the country with max minimum bid price?
