New to Mobile Advertising - HELP

Hi guys,

I'm new to the Mobile Advertising business but not new to Online Marketing. I come from Affiliation originally. I just started recently as a Mobile Account Manager for an ad network.
I don't have a problem with CPMs but I need tips on how to diversify publishers from advertisers as I need to recruit new publishers. Also I need to know what is the best way to recruit new publishers and how to handle them (right questions etc.)
Any other tip regarding publishers, mobile account manager etc. is appreciated!

    Right here in warrior forum, just need to answer the questions for all the people who need help and have more publishers join your network. I see a lot of network recruiters trolling in warrior forum helping people only to get more publishers within days.

    First Find Affiliate marketing forums like warriorforums, affiliatefix and post reply to users who need help relating to affiliate industry.
    Second thing is that post your network at affiliate review site like Affpaying, Affiliatevote, Odigger, offervault. you can advertise your network there.
