AD NETWORKS

I just ran a $5.00 - 1000 impression - Interstitial Ad, for my squeeze page. I got 8 new signups and I consider this a positive result.

I do realize that this will cause my "GA" bounce rate to go up, but this only last 2 days. Should I worry about my bounce rate? My normal bounce rate is around 20% and for the 2 days of this ad it went to 92%

You must consider the bounce rate of each individual traffic source, i.e. ad traffic, and your normal organic traffic.

If your ad traffic is giving a 92% bounce rate but still making you money, that's a good thing, right? Do you want to them to visit multiple pages, or do you want them to sign up? Focus on the metric that makes you the most money.

I would say your new traffic source isnt as targeted as your previous traffic, hence the high bounce rate

I would be more concerned if it the traffic source is converting than the bounce rate. If it is work and converting as well on the back end. Then I would be happy.
