Is it too late for my site to improve CTR?
I've had my website/blog for about 2 years now and it's earning practically nothing. I've tried to apply best practices for ad placement with AdSense, I use SEO tools and hopefully am writing good content. Is it too late for my site? Did I do something wrong at the outset that has permanently handicapped me?
My site, Fresh Baked Disney Fresh Baked Disney | The Best of Disney baked fresh daily, is obviously targeted at Disney/Disneyland fans. I use Wordpress (modernize theme), and SEO tools by Yoast.
Without going in to too much detail, my CTR simply sucks by any measure (well under 1%). And I can't figure why. But something is definitely WRONG.
I know you guys probably get this all day, but I could really use the help. I work my butt off for this site and it's bumming me out. Any thoughts are advice is appreciated. Thank you guys!
