inmobi did not refund my money

Hello

i request refund of my remaining advertising balance 15 days before. till now i did not get refund or any satisfactory answer from inmobi care. now i did not understand what i do. is inmobi scam me ?

    It may be due to their terms and conditions that they don't reimburse leftover advertising balances but are happy to deliver the advertising. I think Google Adwords for instance doesn't give you a refund on leftover balance unless there is a significant amount left, of course.

    How much do you still have in there? I would call up your account manager right away and have a friendly chat first to see what's going on.

    If you haven't been refunded yet, there's fair amount of chances that you might have broken any of their TOS or something, your best bet right now is to directly communicate with them..
