Test Job for Adwords Trainee

Hi guys,

I am looking to hire a new employee to take care of my adwords account and I want to give them many different training and tutorials to study to become a good adwords account manager over time.

I have many applicants for this position but I am stuck trying to figure out a good test job that I can give that will give me an idea of which person is best suited to this position.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I might be rather hard to come up with a test job, that does an accurate job of letting you know their skillset. You could maybe have them setup campaigns on a test account to see how they would setup them up. You could get an idea of how well/cleanly they can work Adwords.

Also you could tell them a bit your company and ask them how they could use Adwords to benefit it.

  Or, you can tell them to prepare and submit a video or text tutorial along with progress pictures to use or manage Adwords properly, then you will be able to find the right person by watching their tutorial!!
